GST
Taktifol charges GST on all orders shipped within Australia.
International orders are GST free. Please be advised that you are
responsible for brokerage fees, customs duties and all other charges
that may be imposed by your local customs authority.
Order Status
Items in stock usually ship within 1 business day. When we have
processed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with
delivery information and parcel tracking details.
Shipping
- Australia
Free shipping on every order of 2 or more rolls within Australia. Orders
for 1 roll will be charged a flat rate shipping cost of $10.00
- New Zealand
Flat rate shipping of $20 on all orders to New Zealand.
- Rest of the World
Flat rate shipping of $50 on all order to countries within Asia, Sth America & Africa.
- Nth America & Europe
We do not currently ship to Nth America or Europe. However, we can forward your enquiry to the local Taktifol representative.
Delivery
We use various shipping methods depending on your purchase. Larger items
are usually shipped via freight using a commercial carrier and smaller
parcels with Australia Post.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Pricing
We reserve the right to
adjust the pricing of our items at anytime, without any notice.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied
with your item, you may send it back to us within 14 days of receipt for
a refund or exchange. In order to initiate a return, simply email
info@taktifol.com.au for instructions. We are able to refund the price
you paid for the product, but not the shipping costs. Please get a
tracking number for all return items as we are not responsible for lost
parcels coming back to our warehouse.
Collection of Information
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal
addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our
visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific
request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request,
unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example
to add you to one of our mailing lists.
